To become a Lord Prime client, you need to register on the website.

Step 1: Go to the website. On the website, click the 'Register an account' button.

Step 2: Fill in the necessary information.

Step 3: Accept the terms of the client agreement and privacy policy.

Step 4: Click the confirm button and continue, you will get access to your personal account.

Step 1: Log in to your personal account.

Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the menu.

Step 3: Click the 'create account' button.

Step 4: Choose all necessary account parameters in the 'real' section.

Step 5: Click the 'create account' button.

Step 6: Save the trading account details.

Any Lord Prime client can register only one personal account. It is possible to create up to 10 trading accounts for each account type.

In Lord Prime, you can open accounts in USD.

It is not possible to change the type of trading account. If you wish to change the account type, you can register a new trading account.

Any Lord Prime client can register up to 10 demo accounts.

Demo account registration

Step 1: Log in to your personal account.

Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the menu.

Step 3: Click the 'create account' button.

Step 4: Choose all necessary account parameters in the 'Demo' section.

Step 5: Click the 'create account' button.

Step 6: Save the trading account details.

Funding a demo account

Step 1: Log in to your personal account.

Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the menu.

Step 3: In the demo account section, select the corresponding account and click the 'fund' button.

Step 4: Enter the deposit amount and click the 'fund' button.

Step 1: Log in to your personal account.

Step 2: Select the account where you need to change the password.

Step 3: Click the 'settings' icon in the top right corner and select 'change password'.

Step 4: To change the password, you need to receive a confirmation code to your email.

Step 5: Enter the code, input the new password, and confirm it again. Then click 'change password'.

Every Lord Prime client can register a partner account, which provides the opportunity to attract clients.

Step 1: Log in to your personal account.

Step 2: Select the 'partner' section from the menu.

Step 3: Click the 'create partner account' button.

Step 4: Save the partner account details.

Lord Prime has one type of verification for both clients and partners. To pass verification, you need to:

Step 2: Select the 'Settings' section.

Step 3: Choose the 'Verification' section.

Step 4: Fill in all mandatory fields and click 'pass verification'.

After successful identity verification, access to the partner program is opened. After successful verification, you need to create a partner account and save the details. To attract clients, you need to use a referral link, by which the client automatically becomes attached to you as a partner.

You need to log in to your personal account and go to the 'partner' section, then select the 'referral links and materials' subsection. In this section, you can copy your personal referral link.

When you see the error message 'Old Version' in the bottom right corner of the MetaTrader 5 platform, it means that the connection has been interrupted and your trading is not displayed.

This problem can occur for various reasons, but there are several steps you can take to fix it.

Method 1: Run the platform as an administrator. To do this, right-click on the shortcut of your MT4 terminal and select 'Run as administrator'.

Method 2: Update your trading platform: Make sure you have the latest version of the Metatrader 5 trading terminal. Versions installed on your computer may become outdated due to server updates. To do this, log in to your Lord Prime account and go to the 'trading platforms' section, where you will find links to download the updated version of the terminal. Before proceeding to install the new version, please uninstall the previously installed program from your computer.

2. Log in to the application, go to the settings section, select 'use existing account'.

The 'Invalid account' or 'Authorization error' messages may appear if you are using incorrect trading account credentials. Always check the password's validity and use the trading account credentials, not the personal cabinet credentials, also ensure you select the correct server.

If you forgot the password, you need to change it and save it again.
